Ulrike Maria Stielau

After studying Art and Spanish in Barcelona, Ulrike was trained as a German teacher at the Goethe Institute, with a focus on communicative methodology and didactics of foreign language teaching. She taught for many years in the linguistic and artistic field in Berlin and now lives and works in Vienna. Students enjoy studying with Ulrike, because she knows how to combine clear structure with creative improvisation in language teaching. She is fascinated by “how language affects and moves people” and loves her work because after “planting the seed it is beautiful to see students’ skills blossom and grow every day”. Apart from teaching at INNES, Ulrike is studying at the Eurythmic school.
