Course fee for courses taking place in the classroom or online includes

• End-of-course certificate as PDF. Paper printed versioncosts EUR 5.
• Course books are not included and can be booked during the online registration process.
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the INNES Ltd.,
especially those concerning services rendered within the scope of German courses, and its customers. The version valid at
the time of contract conclusion shall be applicable. The General Terms and Conditions of Business shall remain applicable
for future legal transactions as well, whether or not this is explicitly specified within the scope of supplementary contracts.
In case individual provisions of the present General Terms and Conditions of Business should be inapplicable or become invalid,
this shall not affect the validity of other provisions,
or of the contracts concluded thereunder. Each invalidated provision shall be replaced by a new provision, corresponding in
sense and economic purpose with the abrogated stipulation.
Conditions of Participation
Should participation in a particular course be subject to certain admission requirements (e.g. placement test, minimum age, etc.),
these requirements shall be explicitly mentioned in the course description and shall be met by all participants.
Registration and fees
The course fees are due immediately after your registration. Please fill out the online form and submit it. You will be requested
to provide the course fee by an immediate bank transaction to our account using one of our payment providers. Please use the invoice number as payment identifier.

INNES holds the right to make course modifications.
Classes are not held on public holidays. The missed hours are compensated

Modification of course programme / Cancellation of course Due to long-term planning, we cannot rule out programme changes.
By the same token, whether a course is held depends on whether the required minimum number of 4 participants sign up for the course.
Therefore, the INNES, Ltd. reserves the right to change course days, starting times, course venues and trainers, as well as the right
cancel courses. In this case all course fees paid will be reimbursed. Instead of cancelling the course, the INNES, Ltd may offer to shorten the course.
The above-mentioned changes or cancellations do not entitle anyone affected to reimbursement for expenses incurred and/or any other claims
the INNES, Ltd. The same shall apply to necessary short-term changes in the course schedule. If a course cancellation becomes necessary,
the full amount paid by the customer shall be refunded. The INNES, Ltd assumes no liability for clerical or printing errors in its publications and websites.
Certificate / Confirmation of attendance
In order to be issued a certificate at the end of the course, participants are required to attend a minimum of 80% of classes and achieve positive grades in the
continuous tests. The certificate provides information regarding the completed course phase according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Attestations of attendance shall be issued upon requirement free of charge to all participants who have attended a minimum of 80% of their respective classes.
Disclaimer
The INNES, Ltd does not accept responsibility for loss or theft of personal effects, including the learning materials made available. The INNES, Ltd provides the teaching infrastructure,
while the responsibility for individual learning success lies with each participant. No guarantees can be issued for learning success.
Disability
In order to discharge our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act, disabled customers are asked to provide sufficient information at the time of booking with regard
to their disability to enable us to consider whether reasonable adjustments can be made to accommodate them.
Final provisions, applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Contract amendments and modifications of the present General Terms and Conditions of Business require the written form to be legally valid; this shall also apply to a waiver of this
formal requirement. Verbal ancillary agreements are not acceptable. The place of jurisdiction is the city of domicile of INNES, Ltd.
The contractual relationship is subject to Austrian substantive law under exclusion of conflict rules and CISG [United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods].
In case of litigation deriving from or in connection with this contractual relationship, including litigation regarding its validity, the parties agree upon the exclusive jurisdiction of
the competent court in the city of domicile of the INNES, Ltd, unless precluded by mandatory rules.
Data Privacy Protection
Participants‘ private information shall be saved and processed electronically and treated with utmost confidentiality.
Your personal information shall neither be divulged nor made available to third parties, except to fulfil legal obligations,
and shall be utilized exclusively for internal purposes. In order to ease the internal communication, the personal information entered in the application
may be given to teachers or other INNES staff.
